Our Delivery Partners DPD.IE offer fast and reliable delivery across every county in Ireland and across Europe, and give our customer the greatest flexibility when it comes to organising their orders to a time and day which suits them. When an order is collected from us by DPD.IE the customer receives an email which will include tracking details allowing the customer to both track and control their order. On the morning of the delivery DPD.IE will send an SMS Text to notify the customer of the delivery windows to a 60 minute timeslot and if this does not suit the customer can reschedule to a suitable time and day or organise delivery to a safe third party location or to a Local DPD Parcel Shop.

All orders shipped with DPD.IE are covered under our own Goods in Transit Insurance Policy.
DURING BUSY PERIODS DELIVERY MAY BE WITH GLS.IE OR FASTWAY.IE WITH DISPATCH EMAIL SHOWING DELIVERY COMPANY WITH TRACKING EMAIL. WE WOULD ONLY CHANGE FROM DPD.IE UNDER EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS IF THE DPD.IE FINAL DELIVERY DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS WAS IN FACT EARLIER THAN THAT OFFERED BY GLS OR FASTWAY. WE WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE TRACKING DETAILS AND STATE THE CARRIER WE SHIP WITH TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS CAN TRACK THEIR ORDERS.
COMPONENTS
75% of Component Orders are delivered within 5 Business days however it can take up to 12 business days for delivery of some component orders depending on the components ordered for example products which state SPECIAL ORDER ITEM on the product page. We carry over €150,000 of stock here in Ireland however stock arrives every day from our partners across Europe. It is not always possible to ship ordered items from our own stock. We endeavour to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so please do not send emails requesting order updates until 12 days after your order has been placed. If you want information prior to delivery please refer to your order confirmation email or log into your account were you can view the status of your order. We do not purchase or rely on stock from the United Kingdom so we can guarantee there will be no delays or nasty surprises because of Brexit. We are a 100% Republic of Ireland company and we ship all orders to our customers in Ireland and Europe from our warehouse in Carlow with DPD.IE and ANPOST.IE. Custom Desktop PCs and Laptops can take up to 12 business days from day of order however this is an estimate only with the timeframe based on the complexity of the build , availability of components and how busy we are when the order is placed. Most PC builds outside of busy periods ( Christmas / New Year for Example ) are built , quality checked and shipped within 7 business days. For order updates please read the order confirmation email , order update emails or log into your account to view the order status. Pre-Configured Custom Desktop PCs and Laptops can take up to 7 business days from day of order however this is an estimate only with the timeframe based on the complexity of the build , availability of components and how busy we are when the order is placed. NEXT DAY DELIVERY DESKTOP PCs & LAPTOPS
Next Day Custom Desktop PCs and Laptops are Prebuilt and Shipped from stock and should ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. If you need an order update please log into your account or read your order confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 5 business days please contact us.All Orders Include 23% VAT and we include a paper VAT Invoice with every order. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Products in our PC PARTS STORE which carry the SPECIAL ORDER NOTIFICATION are not in stock and are shipped from when distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed. We offer special order items on our website as the items may not be readily available to our customers in Ireland and Europe. We state 10+ Business Days for delivery of special order items with the average delivery time for Components , Cables and PC Cases being less than 10 Business Days and Furniture such as Gaming Chairs , Computer Desks , Flight & Driving Similator Chair and Desk Combos taking up to 28 days from date of order. Special Order items which are ordered on a regular basis by customers are added to our Next Day Range. Volume Orders can be placed for Special Order items by Retail Customers and by Trade Customers with pricing and delivery information available by opening a support ticket or emailing our sales team. Please note there are limitations to cancelling a special order item and a fee may apply however if you need to make a change to an order which contains a special order item please contact us and we will endeavour to find a suitable solution
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Unfortunately items listed as IN STOCK when added to a BASKET can be OUT OF STOCK by the time CHECKOUT is completed. There are a number of reasons why this happens however the main reason is because the stock update is not realtime and updates every 60 minutes. It is not possible to have a live stock feed on a website in Ireland as this would substantially reduce the available products. Other causes can be when another customer includes the item in their order and checks out quicker. If an item is not available we will make contact as quickly as possible and offer alternatives including a prompt refund. Most OUT OF STOCK items return to stock within a few days so there is usually no need to notify the customer however if an item does not come back into stock within 10 days or goes END OF LIFE ( EOL ) we will ensure to make contact to find a solution as quickly as possible.
GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE
All Orders shipped by us are covered by our own goods in transit insurance to the full value of the order which is additional to the goods in transit insurance offered by DPD.ie. Our goods are packed to International standards to ensure damage in transit is highly unlikely and all of our orders are packed in a secure location which has 16 high definition security cameras to ensure should there be a report of a missing item / short shipment it can be verified quickly. All of our orders are sealed and should not be accepted or signed for if there is damage to the packing or if the packing looks like it has been opened. If an order is damaged or lost in transit the claims procedures of our insurer must be adhered to or we cannot guarantee a favourable outcome. It is our policy to replace orders which have been lost in transit however if this is not acceptable to the customer then a claim can be made to the value of the goods with our insurer. If a Custom Assembled Desktop PC or Laptop suffers damage in transit we will examine the unit and replace any damaged components however we cannot replace a custom desktop pc or laptop in its entirety unless the product is declared a write off by our insurers. It is our policy to avoid our customer having to wait for claims to be settled and we reserve the right to make a determination whilst we wait for the insurers official determination. This ensures we can often resolve an issue in days however for this to happen we do need the customers help and assistance. If we collect a custom desktop pc or laptop under the collect and return warranty it is covered up to €500 for damage in transit once the item has been packed to the same standard as it was shipped in. If a customer chooses to return an item(s) with a different carrier of their own choosing then any returned item(s) are no covered until the terms of our goods in transit policy. We would please ask customers not to use AN POST for returns as we have experienced issues as AN POST staff sign for deliveries and not the recipient ( US) which can make claiming for lost of damaged item(s) very difficult. Items not be returned by going to a DPD.IE PICKUP POINT of which there are over 600 across Ireland https://dpd.ie/Pickup. At your local Pickup Point you can return any item after paying a fee to the Pickup Point https://shipping.dpd.ie/products-and-services/pickup-shops.
